IPS are a well established company in the construction market and have held a major presence in the roofing sector for over Thirty years although our expertise stretches back some Forty years.  IPS has grown from a professional contracting background where we have worked for prestigious clients such as British Airways, the Civil Aviation Authority and Esso Petroleum.  The promotion of our own label manufactured Sandene System and the Rubberfuse single ply system has lead to the development of our marketing expertise.  We have learnt and more importantly experienced the stringent requirements of the roofing market and have built our values around these requirements.

 

We are dedicated to the supply of Environmentally friendly Single ply roofing systems and are sole distributors of the Rubberfuse TPO single ply system manufactured by Imper Italia.   Imper Italia SpA was founded in Turin in 1936, producing bitumen waterproofing systems.  Imper became a world class leader in waterproofing bitumen-polmers in the 1960’s.  Halfway through the 1990’s Imper started producing Rubberfuse TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) membranes based on the experience and knowledge accumulated in bitumen and polymers. Imper are now the 2nd largest manufacture of TPO membranes in Europe and now produce over 5 million sqm of Rubberfuse membrane per year.
 
Everyone within the team at IPS has something to offer.  Everyone has a specially selected background giving us expertise in all areas of roofing technology.  This expertise is exemplified by our working closely with trade organisations such as the NFRC and AWM. We are also a Rubberfuse approved Assessment Centre and we can award Rubberfuse certification in our Discipline. Needless to say, we have been careful to maintain independancy in our selection of roofing systems thus ensuring our commitment to the client is fulfilled i.e. that they get the best product for the job. We are strong advocates of supply chain Management and we are also founder members of The AWM (Auditing Materials & Warranties)
 
 
All systems rely on a dedicated team of Qualified motivated approved applicators to ensure the high quality systems are installed to the highest standard so we have a CITB registered training and assessment centre run by AWM (see partners)
