1. SUBSTRATE

Typical: concrete earth

• The substrate will be clean, dry, smooth and free from contamination.

2.DRAINAGE LAYER

Typical: 200-300 g/m² geotextile

• Install loose, with 100 mm overlap

3.SINTOFOIL MEMBRANE

Typical: ST/Black/1.2mm

• Any type of Sintofoil membrane is also acceptable, depending on the specific situation.
• Install loose, with overlap and welded seam as per specifications.8
• Termination: mechanically secure the membrane using
  - trench detail.
  - mechanical termination (concrete berm).

4.PROTECTION LAYER

Typical: 30 mm protection course

• Install spot-bonded, with butted joints covered by a self-adhesive tape.

Note:
Earth substrate: the general contractor will be responsible for adequate compaction.
