The Heights is a new residential refurbishment situated above the award winning pavilions shopping centre in the heart of Uxbridge Town Centre.

 This modern building owned by the Oracle Group was developed by Ardmore Construction who specified the Envirodec C Composite panel with Rubberfuse TPO membrane in light grey on both the Armstrong and Middlesex House roof areas

In total the development roof area amount to approximately 2000sqm. The IPS Envirodec C composite panel was chosen not only for its environmental credentials but also for the competitive price and for the speed in which the system can be fitted. IPS are proud to be associated with Ardmore Construction for this project.
