1. DESCRIPTION

Especially designed and FM approved for mechanically attached synthetic membrane roofing systems, these items are used to secure insulation and membrane to the substrate: steeldeck, wood or structural concrete.

2. PRODUCTS

• Ø 75 mm Dekflat high density copolymer locking plates for insulation.
• Ø 51 mm Trilock high density copolymer locking plates for membrane.
• D14-6.3 fasteners for steeldeck and wood.
  Length (mm): 32, 41, 57, 73, 83, 95, 114, 127, 152, 178, 203, 254, 305.
• Pre-assembled items (plate + fastener) available.

3. FASTENERS CHARACTERISTICS

• Material: carbon steel.
• Reinforced truss head with Phillips #3 recess.
• Thread: 6.3 mm min.
• Coating: Sentri. Kesternich test (DIN 50018): 25 cycles

5. INSTALLATION

• Minimum penetration
  * Steeldeck / Plywood: + 15 mm.
  * Concrete: 25 mm.
• Drilling speed
  * Steeldeck / Plywood: 2.000 - 2.500 rpm.
  * Concrete: 1.500 rpm max.
  
  Note :Concrete requires pre-drilling (L+10 mm) using a 4.8 mm bit.
