SPECIFICATION

Lengths Standard lengths from 3m to 12m. Tolerance plus or minus 8mm.
Profile substrate Galvanised G32 steel 0.63mm thick. 0.75mm and 1.00mm thick steel are available subject to special order.
Profile coating Standard finish:White 102 13 micron polyester coating. Other colours and coatings are available,subject to special order.
Insulation Foamed CFC/HCFC-free polyisocyanate. Density 40 kg/m³.
Roofing membrane High performance Rubberfuse TPO membrane, 1.2mm thick.
Colour Grey RAL No 00A05

Notes to load table
  1. Defection under imposed load is limited to Span/200.
  2. Deflection under wind suction is limited to Span/150.
  3. The fixing ultimate capacity may be dictated by the pull out or pull over value of the fixing, and depends on the type of fixing, the support material and thickness, and the washer diameter. This value can be confirmed by the fixings supplier.
  4. Safe wind suction load for double or multi spans is limited by the single fixing per sheet at intermediate supports. Greater wind loads can be resisted by fixing in every trough at intermediate supports.

End Lap Dimension

R = 100mm minimum.
Superdeck 1000 profile is to be over lapped by 100mm at end joints. (A 180mm wide welded Rubberfuse strip is used to seal the roofing membrane).
